“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20).
Our mission as Christians is to reach the world with the Gospel of Christ–no exceptions! We obviously can’t be everywhere at the same time. But we have faithful missionaries across the world whom we can support. Without support from other Christians, there ceases to be missionaries. There is another harsh reality that each day 17,000 children will die just from starvation1. We are called to teach, preach, and reach people for the Kingdom!
Quito, Ecuador–Our congregation is proudly sponsoring Rusty and Laura Campbell, missionaries in Ecuador. They will be reaching people for Christ in a place that is desperate for Jesus. However, to be a missionary requires financial support. If you would like to help support the Campbell family, click here. Setting up contributions is a breeze. Please pray for our missionaries as they work to reach others for the Kingdom.
Go On a Trip–One of the best ways to help is to go on a mission trip and see for yourself. It is often difficult to support or pray for a cause unless you are emotionally, spiritually, and physically connected. Our congregation really encourages its members to exercise faith in action by going and being part of a mission team for a short time. Whether domestic or foreign, God calls us to reach others with the Gospel of Christ.
