Select “New Record Check” (Volunteers Only) and follow the prompts. Print off a copy and return to the church office.
Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
Go to “Individual Login” or “Create Individual Account” if you do not already have an account. Once account is created, go to “Access My Clearances” and begin the application process. At the point of payment, select the free option for volunteers. PA allows one free Child Abuse History Clearance per volunteer.
